Shipping policy

At Shilara, we ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your orders. Please read our shipping details carefully before placing an order.

1. Standard Shipping Time
 Orders are generally dispatched the next day after placing the order. all product will be delivered within 5-7 business working days.

2. Customized Orders
Customized products require 4 to 5 working days for production.
Once ready, they are dispatched within 4 working days.
Delivery for customized products takes 8 to 10 working days from the date of order placement.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
We do not charge any additional shipping fee for COD orders.
