I grew up with stories of mountains and their quiet strength. Near our neighborhood was a peak we simply called Shila-a word for stone. As a child, I’d climb up there just to sit in the stillness, which became my place of calm and a reminder of resilience.

When I was starting a silver jewelry brand, the name Shilara came to me-Shila, the stone, and Rajat, meaning silver. It felt grounding, like those peaceful climbs.
